Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Would you like to return an item? No problem.

You have the right to withdraw from your order within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from the date you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may either return the goods directly to us or notify us of your decision by email at sayhello@isknapar.com within this 14-day period. Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Please include the following information with your return:

• Your name and address
• Your order number
• Your preferred resolution:
  • Exchange, or
  • Refund of the purchase price

Please note that any discounts applied to your order will be taken into account when processing your refund. Gift vouchers will always be refunded in the form of a new gift voucher.

Shipping Costs

If, due to a partial return, the conditions for free shipping under our Terms and Conditions are no longer met, the original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, your refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
